The venue was in a central location very close to The Market and Savannah. The staff were superfriendly and amicable, excellent services. Our room was impressive and spotless, included with a balcony, the comfort of guests plus snacks.

The position of the hotel was ideal for walking to all parts of the City and valet parking was well worth the $15 a day. The staff were friendly and attentive and the breakfast buffet was worth the $9.95 charge. The room was well furnished and clean. Would reccomend and would stay again.

My main concern when staying somewhere overnight is cleanliness. At the Hilton Garden Inn, our beds were clean, comfortable and smelled fresh. The bath area was immaculate. I am a neat freak and would recommend your hotel on that basis alone. In addition, the staff was friendly and courteous; the valets were prompt andJanice at the Courtesy Desk was extremely helpful. We enjoyed the spa and pool daily.
I would suggest nightly maintenance of the pool area due to the large pidgeon population. It should be hosed down after hours or early am. You might try fake owls on the roof of the hotel to deter the birds. The extensive droppings are unsightly and possibly dangerous.

I enjoyed the cookies that were made. I loved the valet service.
There is nothing that I disliked about the hotel. The hotel was clean. I had a problem with the toilet. I called the help desk they sent someone right away. I was very pleased with my stay at Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Historic District. I did want to watch a movie. I was willing to pay $5 for some of the new releases but they were $16 and that is outstandingly high just to rent a movie.

Nice, spacious rooms very comfortable beds private, roomy bathroom hotel appearance was very nice and luxurious very convenient to River Street
Housekeeping very noisy in mornings -at 8:30am woke us up yelling to one another while cleaning rooms down the hall. Happened both mornings we were there. Due to rain, ate breakfast at hotel. very poor service. had to ask 2 times for coffee after seated, then waited 10 minutes. ordered tea and got half way through meal. food was not very hot even though got buffet. and we even had to pay for it because it was not included in room fee!

Staff is excellent, very nice with the family with young kids.
The two Queen Beds room size was really small, not much space to walk around, ad bathroom door opens on the same side the main door entrance is and that makes the Closet, or Bathroom or Main door inaccessible. All 3 are too close to each other. Room also did not have much walking space after two beds.

Great location decent hotel
Room that I was in was quite noisy... Hit with an 18 dollar per day manditory valet charge which apparently is normal downtown but I did not know going into it

The staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms very clean and comfortable.
I have stayed in many hotels here and in Europe, almost all in this price range and many with lower rates included breakfast in the price. For the price of the room I think that the breakfast should be included.
